Several algorithms have been used for protecting the used finger vein images that have been investigated in the scope of the WIFS 2019 paper "Biometric Template Protection in the Image Domain Using Non-invertible Grey-scale Transforms". The corresponding information to these implementations and recognition result files can be downloaded from this site to comply with the principles of reproducible research.

Download:

Two resources can be downloaded:

  • The code used to protect the templates by utilising block re-mapping and warping.
  • The obtained result comparison score files for each utilised dataset as described in the paper.

For all resources a separate directory can be found in the downloadable .tar.gz file.
